Acceptable Use Policy
Fizz’s products and services are for personal, not commercial, use. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of Fizz’s products or services. By using any of the Fizz products or services, in addition to your obligations to adhere to the terms of all applicable policies available at joinfizz.com/policies, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a violation of the Fizz Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here will have the meanings given to them in the Fizz Terms of Use.
As it relates to the Services, you must not, and must not allow any third party, to:
Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
Engage in any transactions involving:
Any sanctioned or high risk country
Binance or Binance US
Businesses that sell illegal drug paraphernalia
Certain firearms sales
Certain non-US entities, non-bank financial institutions, foreign NGO relationships, foreign investment entities, armored courier services, military contractors, and foreign correspondent banks
Certain precious metals and gems
Certain third-party payment processors, digital asset entities, and private ATM owners or operators
Delta-8 THC retailers (online/retail), other illegal narcotics, or certain cannabis-related businesses
Goods or services that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity
Goods or services that infringe or violate any intellectual property right, right of publicity, or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction,
Illegal internet gambling and certain legal gambling entities
Issuers of bearer shares
Payable-through accounts
Sexual encounter firms or certain other adult goods or services
Shell banks
Any other business, good, or service deemed high-risk or prohibited by Fizz or any of its bank partners
Violate this Policy or any other agreement between you, on the one hand, and us or any of our bank partners, on the other.
Infringe on our, our bank partner’s, or any third party's intellectual property rights.
Create or control more than one personal account for yourself without our express authorization, including, without limitation, by using a name that is not yours, using a temporary email address or phone number, or providing any other falsified personal information.
Provide us, our bank partner(s), or any of our third-party service providers with false, inaccurate or misleading information.
Refuse to cooperate in an investigation, including, without limitation, by refusing to provide confirmation of your identity or of any other information you provide to us.
Dispute or attempt to dispute genuine charges on your Fizz Card.
During the course of a transaction dispute involving your Fizz Card, receive (or attempt to receive) money from both us and the recipient of a payment, bank or card issuer for the same transaction.
Engage in any activity that Fizz or any electronic funds transfer network reasonably believes to be an abuse of the card system or a violation of card association or network rules.
Provide yourself a cash advance from your Fizz Card (or help others to do so) or otherwise withdraw the funds available to you through your Fizz Card.
Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our websites, software, or systems.
Facilitate any viruses, malware, or other computer programming routines that attempt to or may damage, disrupt, corrupt, misuse, detrimentally interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, information or Fizz service.
Interfere or disrupt or attempt to interfere with or disrupt our websites, software, or systems operated by us or on our behalf, any of the Services or other users’ use of any of the Services.
Harass or threaten our employees, agents, or other users.
Use the Services for a commercial or business purpose or in any way other than your own personal purpose.
Use or reproduce any part of the Services (including any trademarks), except as law expressly allows.
Work around any of the technical limitations of the Services, or enable functionality that is disabled or prohibited.
Decompile, extract source code, or reverse engineer the Services.
Transfer or move money, software, technology, or services (including our software or encryption software) to or from any country in a way that law does not permit.
